Before you reach 1,000 monthly active users you don't need to pay us anything, It's more than enough for the development and a small soft launch of a game. Once you reach 1,000 MAU we charge $1 per 1,000 MAU (rounding the number up). For example if you have exactly 1,000 MAU we charge $1 a month, but if you have any number in between 1,001 and 2000, we charge $2, etc...
At this moment the best way is through PayPal. However we are very flexible, so we'll find a good option for you.
